Kristiina Harju has majored in
behavioral sciences and is specialized in
developing leadership skills, team work
functions, communication and interpersonal
relations in organizations. Particularly for
such purposes, she has also developed a
special interactive and target-specific
communication method called Target-You
Communication®.
Kristiina Harju has over 25 years of
experience in training, consulting and
coaching. Her customers have consisted
mainly of large enterprises operating in
Finland and abroad, along with public
organizations. In addition she has provided
